Elbow Q3: Do you require additional stabilization?

Yes

No

Additional stabilization is provided through additional medial and lateral support. You are most likely to require additional medial or lateral support if you are at the start of your rehabilitation journey (before injured structures are strong enough for normal movement), or in late-stage degeneration from conditions, such as arthritis. Ligament injuries, such as injuries to the Annular Ligament of Radius or Ulnar Collateral Ligament will also usually require further stabilisation.
