The Re-usable, Neo G Hot & Cold Therapy Pack remains malleable when frozen, providing up to 15 minutes of use in one session. The flexible and ergonomically designed Pack is able to treat larger areas of the body such as the back, thigh, calf and stomach etc. The Pack is also designed to be compatible with the Neo G range of orthopaedic supports, to maintain a constant and secure position on the affected area and controlled compression when required.

Before use read the ATTENTION section (Side of box). Ensure the disc is at room temperature before heating or cooling. HOT THERAPY Hot water – Remove all packaging and place the Pack in a heat-resistant bowl, cover the entire Pack with approx. 1.5 litres of boiling water and leave immersed for 5 – 8 minutes. With caution, pour the water from the bowl, remove the Pack, dry with a towel, place into the protector sleeve and apply to the affected area. COLD THERAPY Freeze - Remove all packaging. Place the Pack in the freezer for approximately 120 minutes. Remove the Pack from the freezer and place into the protector sleeve and apply to the affected area. Apply the Hot or Cold therapy for as long as comfortable, but for no more than 10 – 15 minutes at a time. If using alongside a Neo G support, apply loosely and ensure the compression is not too tight. Look out for the below logo on the compatible products. Hand wash Pack and Sleeve with soap and cold water only and Dry Flat. Do not use fabric softener, Do Not Tumble Dry, Do Not Bleach, Do Not Iron, Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.

Ensure to retain box/'Instructions For Use' for future reference <br> The indications outlined may not be suitable for your condition, before use always seek medical advice from a physician / DO NOT MICROWAVE. If misused Pack can cause injury. Discard Pack if damaged/torn / Never apply Pack directly to skin. Always place Pack in Protector Sleeve (provided) before use and monitor temperature and check skin frequently / Do not use on sensitive/wounded/damaged skin, mucous membranes and/or if you have a known allergy to any of the specified materials. For external use only, do not ingest / Always use a cloth/Protector Sleeve when handling Pack to avoid injury. Take caution when using boiling water / Do not use Pack for more than 10-15 minutes at a time (including when used alongside a Neo G support) / If a rash develops, pain is prolonged or conditions worsen, discontinue use of Pack and consult a physician / Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for babies or small children. For the elderly or people unable to follow usage instructions always use under adult supervision
