Arm Slings FAQ
Our experts have answered your top questions about arm slings.
This will vary depending on the sling. The dedicated How To Apply section for each product will inform you how to wear your chosen support or brace.
An arm brace is generally worn under your clothes. It should fit snugly enough to provide effective support and compression, but not so tightly that it causes discomfort, restricts circulation, or creates numbness. Ensure it allows for a comfortable range of motion appropriate for your condition. Always follow the specific instructions that come with your brace.
To wear an arm brace for tennis elbow, which targets the outer part of your elbow, position the brace on your forearm. Our tennis elbow supports contain a silicone cushion, which, as a starting point, should be positioned directly on the painful area. This positioning can then be adjusted as required to find the area that will provide the most relief.
Neo G arm slings are not recommended to be used in bed unless advised by a medical professional.
