The NeoThotics - Heel Cushions are Unisex and ergonomically designed to fit the anatomy of the wearer's foot, helping with plantar fasciitis and heel pain. Constructed from a Premium Grade Silicone for shock absorption and cushioning, it features an embedded Hexagonal Tech Mesh that strengthens the inserts for maximum support and protection. The heel cushions help reduce shock loads in the heel area of the foot, where the blue zone helps offer soft orthotic cushioning. These inserts can help reduce pressure and friction on both the Achilles tendon and the plantar fascia to help relieve associated inflammation and pain. Can be used in most everyday or sports shoes.

For each foot:

Insert the NeoThotics insole (flat side down) into the footwear.

As illustrated ensure the silicone is positioned against the back/rear of the footwear and check it is flat, level, and comfortable before wear.

Silicone, Polyester, Talc Powder

Hand wash cold with mild soap. Wipe & dry flat. Do no use fabric softener, do not wring, do not tumble dry, do not bleach, do not iron, do not dry clean.
For best wear, a light dusting of talcum powder may be applied periodically. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
