The Neo G ITB Strap is a heat therapy support featuring a premium quality silicone pad for vibration dampening as well as offering extra comfort and targeted compression around the knee. The ITB strap has been specifically designed to ease the lateral knee pain caused by Iliotibial Band Friction Syndrome (ITBS) commonly found in runners. The heat therapeutic neoprene helps relieve muscular aches and general joint stiffness, whilst the adjustable strap can be altered by the individual for a custom fit. It is a low profile, lightweight, band support.

Place the strap 1.5 – 2 inches above the knee, ensuring the silicone pad is positioned on the outer side of the leg. Feed the strap through the fastening loop then wrap around the affected area until firm but comfortable. Secure the fastener ensuring the support is not uncomfortably tight and the blood flow is not restricted.

Remove silicone before washing. Hand Wash Cold Only and Dry Flat. Do not use Fabric Softener, Do Not Tumble Dry, Do Not Bleach, Do Not Iron. Store in a cool, dry place
